Faith’s Place students to perform concert at CityPlace

All of the money raised at the concert will go toward purchasing brass and woodwind instruments for the band.

The Kretzer Piano Music Foundation’s Music For The Mind concert series returns Tuesday, May 15 at 7 p.m. at the Harriet Himmel Theatre in CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. The concert will feature students from Faith’s Place Center for Education, located in Pleasant City in West Palm Beach.

Faith’s Place is an after-school arts enrichment program for nearly 100 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The program offers classes in piano, violin, music theory, brass and woodwind, steel drums, dance, musical theater, choir and drum line.

All of the money raised at the concert will go toward purchasing brass and woodwind instruments for the band. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and may be purchased at the door or by calling (866) 449-2489.
