It’s time once again for the “Best Stinkin’ Party in South Florida,” as the 19th Annual South Florida Garlic Fest rolls back into town at John Prince Park from Friday, Feb. 9 to Sunday, Feb. 11.
This family-friendly event provides entertainment and great food for all ages, including children’s activities and amusement rides. For the adults, there will be nationally recognized entertainment, full liquor bars, a bourbon bar, professional cooking competitions, demonstrations and more than 200 vendors.
This year’s entertainment includes a variety of musical genres from alternative rock, reggae, country, blues, disco and Latin. National acts include Hoobastank, Stick Figure and The Donna Summer Celebration featuring Donna’s sister Mary Gaines Bernard.
For attendees who want to stay on site all weekend, RV “Glamping” has been added this year. Patrons can rent an RV online and have it delivered to the venue. Space is limited, so reserve early at giantrecreationworld.com/rentals.
For those wanting to park, patrons will enjoy fast and easy access to parking at Palm Beach State College, where air conditioned shuttle buses will deliver you right to the main gate entrance at no charge.
