Silver Sailfish Derby to be held Jan. 10-13

The West Palm Beach Fishing Club’s annual Silver Sailfish Derby will be held Wednesday, Jan. 10 through Saturday, Jan. 13, headquartered out of Sailfish Marina on Singer Island.

Established in 1935, the event is recognized as “The World’s Oldest Sailfish Tournament” and continues to attract top sailfish anglers, captains and crews in the sport vying for some of sailfishing’s most coveted awards.

Proceeds from the event benefit the WPBFC’s many conservation and education initiatives. For registration and more information on the Silver Sailfish Derby, call the WPBFC at (561) 832-6780 or go online to westpalmbeachfishingclub.org.
