Ward Damon, PL, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida, announced Adam Seligman as an Equity Partner of the firm. Seligman is a real estate and business attorney who joined the firm in 2012.

Seligman concentrates his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, real estate brokerage law, distressed property and loss mitigation law, homeowner/condominium association representation, and business and corporate law. His legal transactions in these practice areas include title insurance, loan work outs, short sales, lease negotiations, foreclosures, landlord and tenant law, condominium law, and general business matters.
Seligman is a member of the Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Legal Elite “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend magazine for three consecutive years. He serves on the Advisory Council for the Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, and is the Chair for its “Friends of the J” membership program.
Seligman earned his Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law. He also obtained his MBA from Stetson University School of Business Administration and graduated from the University of Florida with his Bachelor of Science degree.
